Welcome to ReviseEasy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using ReviseEasy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReviseEasy, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if younger
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

ReviseEasy is an online educational platform providing GCSE Maths revision resources including:

• Interactive lessons and study materials
• Practice quizzes and flashcards
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Gamified learning features (XP, levels, achievements)

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free and Premium Services

ReviseEasy offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Access to limited topics, basic quizzes, and essential features
• Premium Tier: Unlimited access to all content, advanced features, and analytics

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at £4.99 and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds: As a UK consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a refund, unless you have started using the Premium features within that period (by accessing Premium content you agree to begin the service immediately and acknowledge the 14-day cooling-off right may no longer apply). Outside of this, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent further charges. For any billing issue, contact support@revise-easy.com.

XP boosts: Premium time bought with in-app XP has no monetary value, is non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Referral & Partner Programme

You may earn Premium time by referring friends, and approved partners may receive an invite code. To keep this fair:

• Referrals only qualify when the referred person is a genuine new user who verifies their email, completes onboarding and meaningfully uses the app.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse will be blocked and may result in loss of rewards and account suspension.
• We may change or end the referral/partner programme, and adjust rewards, at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our services
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ReviseEasy, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReviseEasy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer

ReviseEasy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful educational content, we do not guarantee:

• Specific exam results or grades
• Accuracy of all content at all times
• Uninterrupted availability of services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviseEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
